Job Description:

Join our team as a travel Registered Nurse in Stepdown/Med Surg units, where you'll provide specialized care to patients with respiratory issues, infections, and cardiac concerns. This 13-week contract places you on 12-hour night shifts, working closely with experienced charge nurses and house supervisors. You'll manage titratable drips such as Heparin, insulin, and Cardizem, while monitoring patients with ventilators, Cpap, and BiPAP. The role offers a mix of autonomous assessment and collaborative care, in a setting that encourages skill sharpening and professional growth. Expect to work within a 20-bed stepdown unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3, and receive comprehensive orientation specific to the department.
