Job Description:

This ER Registered Nurse contract offers a chance to step into an active, fast-paced Emergency Department environment in Greensboro, North Carolina. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, providing essential patient support across adult and pediatric cases. The role involves managing blood product administration, central line care, IV starts, procedural sedation, and ventilator management. Float assignments are required, and experience in triage, ED procedures, and emergency protocols will help you thrive. This assignment is ideal for nurses with at least two years of ER experience, including those new to travel nursing, eager to enhance their skills in a dynamic setting.
