Job Description:

Join our team as a NICU Registered Nurse for a 20-week contract in Charlotte, NC, working 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. This role offers the opportunity to care for premature infants as early as 22 weeks and handle a variety of complex cases including therapeutic hypothermia, nitric oxide therapy, and advanced ventilator management. You will provide specialized neonatal care in a level 3 or 4 NICU, with a focus on infants up to 12 months old, working alongside a dedicated team on a self-scheduling basis. This assignment includes Unit orientation and a weekly commitment of 36 hours. Candidates must have at least 3 years of NICU experience in a level 3 or 4 setting, along with BLS and NRP certifications. RTO requests after booking are not permitted, and any additional time off may result in cancellation. This role provides an engaging environment for experienced NICU nurses ready to make an impact and expand their expertise in a fast-paced unit.
