Job Description:

Join a specialized pediatric respiratory and neuro diagnostics team in Charlottesville, where you’ll work in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) handling high-acuity cases that demand both skill and compassion. This 18-week assignment involves 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a schedule that includes every other weekend and coverage during winter holidays. The role offers an engaging environment where your NICU Level 4 experience and cardiac PICU background will be essential. You’ll be instrumental in supporting critically ill children, utilizing your respiratory therapy expertise while navigating a unit with flexible self-scheduling. This position is uniquely situated within a renowned children's hospital that values team contributions and clinical excellence.
