Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse contract offers a compelling opportunity to work with adult and geriatric patients facing complex diagnoses such as ARDS, sepsis, stroke, and cardiogenic shock. You will be responsible for managing a patient ratio of approximately 1:2-3 in a 24-bed unit, with the flexibility to float within the facility as needed. The role involves performing assessments, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team in a fast-paced ICU environment. Expect to work 12-hour days over 14 weeks, actively engaging in critical care procedures that refine your expertise and keep you on your toes. Standard protocol requires adherence to specific certifications like BLS, ACLS, and NIHHS, and scrub color is navy blue.
