Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse position offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced ICU setting. The role involves providing specialized care using advanced equipment such as ventilators, ICP monitors, telemetry, balloon pumps, and Swan-Ganz catheters. You’ll be managing critically ill patients with a focus on maintaining stability and implementing complex interventions. This assignment is a 13-week contract with the possibility of extension, requiring night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with minimal to no RTO allowed. The workload will include float assignments to IMCU or CPU units, and you should be prepared for holidays coverage. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of recent ICU experience, familiarity with Cerner or Soarian EMR, and hold current BLS and ACLS certifications. Royal Blue scrubs are required for this role. Your expertise in ventilation management, IV start, PA lines, and balloon pumps will be crucial to success here. No travel pairs are accepted, and candidates must meet the minimum distance requirement from the facility.
