Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs) for a 13-week travel contract in Peoria, Illinois, working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a designated patient caseload, performing initial assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and continuously evaluating patient progress. Your expertise will ensure accurate documentation, promote safety, and facilitate effective communication with colleagues.
