Job Description:
Join our team on an exciting 13-week travel assignment in Montgomery, Alabama, where you'll be part of a well-equipped Level I Trauma Center with a Level III NICU and Primary Stroke Center certification. This position offers the opportunity to work in specialized units such as Trauma Surgical, Neuroscience, MedSurg/Oncology, Orthopedics, Urology, and more. You’ll be engaged in meaningful work, supporting a variety of patient needs with manageable patient ratios around 1:4-6, including assisting with daily activities, wound care, and technical procedures, all while working with advanced EMR systems like Cerner and EPIC. The role is perfect for experienced RNs looking to showcase their skills in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment that values quality patient care and professional growth.

Job Specifics:
Position located in Montgomery, Alabama, with shifts available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. These shifts are part of a 4-week schedule cycle, totaling approximately 36 hours per week, with a 13-week assignment duration. Candidates should have at least 18 months of recent MedSurg and/or ICU experience, with proficiency in EMR systems, patient care procedures, and technical skills relevant to their assigned units. Certification in BLS and NIHSS is required. Support staff includes CNAs, charge nurses, and telemetry techs, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.
