Job Description:

This 14-week travel assignment places you in a Level 2 NICU within a vibrant hospital setting in Nashville, Tennessee. Working 12-hour night shifts, you'll be responsible for providing dedicated support in the Women’s Services Department, which includes LDRP and the possibility of floating to Post Partum/Mother Baby units. The role requires prior delivery experience, and candidates must be cross-trained in Postpartum/Mother Baby to ensure seamless coverage across units. You will need to have current certifications including BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, STABLE, NRP, and CPI or MAB before starting. Flexibility to float within your scope of practice and potentially serve as a charge nurse or preceptor adds variety to the day-to-day routines. Compliance clearance is required 10 days before orientation, and the hospital allows the cancellation of one shift every four weeks during the contract.
