Job Description:

Join a dedicated NICU team in Longmont, Colorado, for an engaging 13-week travel assignment working 12-hour night shifts. This role is perfect for experienced NICU RNs who enjoy caring for pre-term, ventilated, or recovering neonatal patients. You will be involved in caring for babies with diagnoses such as hypoglycemia, respiratory distress, or those learning to bottle feed—sometimes even assisting with stable postpartum mothers and their newborns. The facility values flexibility, offering you opportunities to float to nearby units when needed, and expects you to help fill staffing gaps with a focus on safe, patient-centered care. This assignment provides a chance to develop your skills in a Level 2 NICU, with a supportive team to guide your orientation and training, especially if caring for mothers is new to you.
