Job Description:

This laboratory supervisor role is a chance to lead blood bank and hematology operations within a busy hospital setting. You’ll be working on a 10-hour night shift, with weekends as needed, overseeing daily technical activities in a 100-bed facility. The position combines bench work with supervisory responsibilities, requiring hands-on expertise in Epic and SoftBank systems, blood bank procedures, and hematology. With a focus on quality and efficiency, your contributions directly impact patient safety and care, all while managing a team and ensuring compliance with laboratory standards.
