Job Description:

This travel Registered Nurse assignment in Glendale, Arizona, is designed for an experienced acute care RN who can assess patients, develop and update individualized plans of care, provide direct nursing care, and evaluate patient progress. You will review clinical data, administer care according to orders and nursing standards, document thoroughly, coordinate with the multidisciplinary team, and provide education to patients and families. The role also includes delegating and supervising appropriate activities performed by other licensed and non-licensed personnel. A current RN license and BLS certification are required, along with recent acute care hospital experience.
