Job Description:

Join this engaging travel nursing opportunity on a 12-hour night shift in Columbus, Ohio, working with adult and geriatric patients diagnosed with acute leukemia. You'll be part of a dedicated team caring for newly diagnosed patients, with a focus on education around infection prevention and fall prevention protocols. This assignment offers the chance to experience a fast-paced hematology unit where no two shifts are exactly alike, and your expertise will be essential in managing telemetry, IV therapies, and central lines. The first week kicks off with straightforward dayshift orientation, followed by hands-on practice alongside preceptors. Flexibility is key, as shift assignments can include days, nights, or a blend based on unit needs. This role is perfect for seasoned nurses who thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable managing complex care for adult patients.
