Job Description:

Join a high-energy Emergency Department team at Wilson Medical Center, where you'll be the essential RN providing care for diverse patient populations including adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics. This 13-week travel assignment offers 12-hour mids shifts, giving you a chance to experience the hustle and bustle of the ED while enjoying the comfort of a collaborative environment. Your role involves managing patients with conditions such as respiratory distress, overdoses, CHF, dialysis needs, and hypertension. The facility features state-of-the-art GE monitors and standard ED equipment, with a focus on teamwork and positive attitude. Expect to work in a fast-paced setting that values your experience and proactive approach—your skills in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS will be key to success here. Orientation occurs bi-weekly, and you'll join a dedicated team led by Supervisor Donna Nanney, delivering quality care in a hospital known for its trauma-level non-designation status but comprehensive emergency services.
