Job Description:

Join a telemetry-focused nursing assignment in Lewiston, Maine, working in the T3 Cardio unit within a fast-paced, 24/7 hospital setting. This travel role supports MS/Tele—cardiac and pulmonary—where you’ll be actively involved in post-op cath care and managing cardiac drips that require titration. You’ll interpret and respond to dysrhythmias, help support patients with conditions such as CHF and A-fib, and assist with care needs that may include cardiac caths/stents and med-surg workflow.

Shift structure is 12-hour nights, scheduled at 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with 36 weekly guaranteed hours (3x12s). Weekend rotation is every other weekend. There is no call requirement. The unit also expects float readiness (all except M3), including helping hands in the ER as needed.

Required credentials include BLS and ACLS, and NIH certification with Cerner experience. Strong telemetry experience is important—this role is looking for either 2 years overall or 3 years of telemetry experience. You’ll work with Omnicell and EPIC documentation, alongside cardio-specific equipment used on the unit.
