Job Description:

This NICU Registered Nurse position offers a chance to work in a specialized pediatric environment, caring for some of the most vulnerable patients. You'll cross over to a variety of units like Pediatric Surgery and Neonatal Intensive Care, gaining valuable experience with prematurity, feeding issues, and cardiac conditions. The role features a rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts—day and night—set every other weekend, giving you a balanced work-life rhythm. You'll be involved in direct patient care that demands expertise in Trach management, NAS, and other complex NICU protocols.
