Job Description:

Join our team in Kealakekua for a 13-week travel healthcare contract in a high-demand critical care float pool setting. This role requires ICU and ER experience, as you'll primarily care for patients in the ER, ICU, and PACU. Flexibility is key, as you may be needed to float to other units to provide support during busy times. Your responsibilities include managing patient needs across various departments, assisting with transport, monitoring telemetry, and acting as a vital member of rapid response and code blue teams. The shifts are 12 hours long, scheduled for evenings and nights, with a total of 72-80 hours every two weeks, offering a unique chance to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of patient care responsibilities.
