Job Description:

Join a prestigious medical center as a PCU Registered Nurse on a 13-week contract working rotating night shifts. You'll deliver essential care to patients in a unit where teamwork and adaptability are key, floating between different departments within the OSU organization as needed. This role involves 36 hours per week, with 3 shifts of 12 hours each, primarily from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Prior experience in Progressive Care Units, along with proficiency in EPIC documentation, BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications, will help you thrive in this fast-paced environment. Expect patient ratios around 1:4 and the chance to make a meaningful impact during every shift. The unique rhythm of this assignment offers a blend of clinical expertise and flexibility, making it a rewarding experience besides a paycheck.
