Job Description:

Join a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) team as a Registered Nurse for 12-hour night shifts in Columbus, OH. This travel contract is built around a 3x12 schedule (36 hours per week) with an every-other-weekend cadence, giving you clear structure while you focus on critical care nursing duties in a high-acuity setting.

You’ll bring at least 2 years of Medical ICU experience and be ready for the specific clinical rhythms common to MICU care, including multisystem organ failure and complex respiratory failure scenarios. The unit also supports care coordination around specialized conditions such as sepsis, post-cardiac arrest, and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), as well as COVID-related workflows and continuous monitoring needs.

EPIC documentation experience is required. You should also be comfortable with telemetry, proficient in IV starts, and competent with ventilators. Familiarity with specialized equipment is a plus, including NxStage CRRT and Alaris IV pumps, along with knowledge of GE cardiac monitoring and GE ventilators. There is no on-call requirement.
