Job Description:

Step into a travel nursing contract in Ogallala, Nebraska, built around skilled, accountable RN work across a direct patient care setting. In this role, you’ll assess needs, plan care, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes—turning information from multiple sources into a clear plan that evolves with each shift. You’ll be responsible for accurate documentation, coordinating with the healthcare team, and communicating patient status effectively to support continuity of care.

Your day-to-day includes reviewing history and diagnostics, reporting abnormal results to the appropriate providers, completing assessments and reassessments per policy, and contributing to discharge planning. You’ll also collaborate on measurable, realistic goals with the patient and family, adjusting the plan of care as responses to treatment change.
