Job Description:

Join a dynamic ICU Registered Nurse travel assignment in Hagerstown, Maryland, supporting a fast-paced unit with a strong mix of trauma, cardiovascular, stroke, and neuro cases. This role is structured around 12-hour night shifts, working 3x12 per week during the night schedule (18:30 - 07:00) for 36 hours weekly. You’ll provide essential ICU nursing coverage as part of a team model that commonly operates at a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, with expectations aligned to ICU-level experience.

Assignment highlights include ICU focus with potential floating to IMC as needed to meet facility requirements. Clinician availability includes every-other-weekend coverage (weekend requirement applies), and the facility requires core certifications including BLS, ACLS, and NIH. EPIC experience is required, and ongoing on-call coverage is not required.
