Job Description:

Step into a travel nursing float pool role where your days are built around flexibility, teamwork, and dependable coverage. You’ll deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned patient or patient group according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Expect to apply critical thinking and independent judgment while supervising and directing activities of assigned nursing staff, and coordinating care with other disciplines to keep workflow smooth and organized.

This assignment is centered on education and non-productive hours within the float pool model. If you’re working on a unit, you’ll clock in to the specific unit you’re assigned to—an important detail that helps ensure accurate coordination and seamless staffing. Your contribution will be the link that keeps care delivery consistent while supporting the broader unit needs.

Weather:

Expect generally mild, comfortable conditions with plenty of sunshine, occasional coastal breezes, and cooler evenings that are ideal for light layers.
