Job Description:

Join an inpatient acute care hospital team in Lafayette, Indiana, as an Occupational Therapist. This contract offers a chance to work Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts, plus one weekend day each month—perfect for balancing work and leisure. You'll evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans for patients across a range of acuity levels, including ICU and progressive care units. Focus on restoring function through ADL training, therapeutic exercises, and activities tailored to each individual's needs, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary rehab team. Cerner charting experience and a state license are preferred. Expect to see diverse cases involving cardiac procedures, stroke, TBI, joint replacements, fractures, respiratory illnesses, and neurological conditions. This role is designed for an experienced OT committed to making a meaningful difference in patient recoveries while enjoying the comfort of a weekday schedule.
