Job Description:

Join our team in Phoenix, AZ, for a 13-week travel nursing assignment working 8-hour shifts. In this role, you'll evaluate, plan, and implement comprehensive nursing care for patients across a variety of clinical settings. Your responsibilities will include assessing physical and psychosocial needs, developing and revising individualized care plans, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
