Job Description:

Join a renowned pediatric ICU in Rochester, MN, providing specialized critical care to young patients. As an RN on a 12-hour night shift schedule, you'll be responsible for coordinating complex care for pediatric patients in the CV ICU, supporting families through educational efforts, and assisting with patient transitions. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to work within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model, fostering leadership through precepting, participation in quality improvement, and team collaboration. Floating to NICU and general pediatric areas is part of the role, ensuring a diverse and rewarding experience in pediatric critical care.
