Job Description

Join a 13-week travel assignment as a Registered Nurse on a 28-bed private stepdown unit in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Working 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., you will care for higher-acuity patients with cardiac conditions, dysrhythmias, CVAs, and patients transferred from the ICU. The assignment includes a 1:4–5 ratio, with a 1:6 ratio when the unit has a MedSurg acuity mix.

This role requires BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification, along with the ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and titrate Cardizem, Nitro, Dopamine, Dobutamine, and Heparin drips. You may work with BiPAP, CPAP, and high-flow oxygen, and may float to the ICU as a helping hand. Enjoy block-scheduling flexibility, a 24/7 in-house hospitalist, and a two-shift unit orientation with a preceptor.
