Job Description:

This travel assignment places you in a bustling Labor & Delivery unit, where you'll assist with clinical circulation, participant in couplet care, and support obstetric procedures. The role involves working 12-hour days over a 13-week contract, with the opportunity to experience a vibrant hospital environment that emphasizes teamwork and hands-on patient support. You'll collaborate with a team including surgical techs and in-house OB/Neonatologists, and follow established guidelines such as AWHONN ratios. Expect to perform tasks like titrating Pitocin drips, monitoring fetal heart rates via GE OBIX systems, and contributing to the care of an average of 50-60 births per month. This assignment offers a chance to sharpen your obstetric skills amidst a dynamic clinical setting.
