Job Description:

Join our team as a Stepdown RN at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, Missouri. This 13-week contract offers you the opportunity to work on the Cardiac Stepdown Unit, where you'll oversee patient care for neuro-medical surgical patients. Your days will be structured around 12-hour shifts, rotating every other week weekend schedule, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys patient coordination, evaluating care effectiveness, and collaborating with a versatile team in a busy hospital setting. The unit emphasizes professional accountability and maintaining patient rights, with a focus on your expertise in stepdown care. We'll rely on your current Missouri RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications to keep patient safety at the forefront while you bring your proven skills in a supportive environment that values flexibility and teamwork.
