Job Description:

Join a 152-bed Level II children's hospital with a distinguished Level IV NICU, where you will provide specialized nursing care for premature infants and high-risk neonates. This role involves managing respiratory support devices such as vents, with a strong emphasis on trach care, g-tubes, NG/OG feeding, NCPAP, and line management including UAC/UVC and PICC lines. You will play a vital part in developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and preparing infants for discharge to home. The ideal candidate will bring a friendly attitude and a readiness to adapt—occasional floating to the ER as a sitter is possible, adding variety to your shift without too much fuss. Experience with surgical patients and HIE is a plus, and familiarity with EPIC EMR will keep your workflow smooth. Expect to work in a setting that’s as much about teamwork and support as it is about providing top-tier neonatal care.
