Job Description:

This neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) contract offers an engaging opportunity for experienced NICU nurses to work in a Level III setting. You will be responsible for providing specialized care to premature and critically ill infants, including ventilator management, NICU-specific procedures, and assisting with deliveries and newborn admissions. The role involves participating in couplet care, supporting mothers and infants, and assisting the Mother Baby team as needed. The schedule is 12-hour night shifts, with the potential to assist within the unit's various responsibilities, including helping with newborns on observation and transition. No drips to titrate, but proficiency with neonatal respiratory and vascular support equipment is essential. This assignment invites you to immerse yourself in a compassionate, fast-paced NICU environment that values your expertise and adaptability.
